Customer Engagement Representative

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and screen new business leads to understand and respond to customer inquiries about the company's products and services.
  • Provide necessary support for the company's business development team to manage customers and assist customers with purchasing.
  • Develop various customer service strategies for different customers, facilitate transactions and their completion, receive and handle customer complaints, customer visits, and telephone care.
  • Gain an extensive understanding of the industry and develop customer sales skills and client relationships.
